BENIGN PROSTATIC ENLARGEMENT

THE PROSTATE GLAND lies beneath the male bladder and surrounds the first part of the urethra, it secretes a thin, milky, alkaline fluid which enhances viability of the sperm.  If THE PROSTATE becomes enlarged it obstructs the urethra.

Usually there is no tenderness of THE PROSTATE GLAND, other symptoms are:  urinary frequency, urgency, necessity to urinate often during the night, hesitancy or stop-start urination with reduced force and strength of the stream.

Incomplete bladder emptying may cause pooling of old urine and infection.

It is estimated that 50 to 60% of middle aged men suffer with this problem, the cause is probably related to changes in steroid hormones associated with aging.  After the age of 50 there is a drop in the level of free testosterone and an increase in levels of other sex hormones, the end result being cell multiplication and enlargement of THE PROSTATE GLAND and impaired uptake of Zinc.

Patients should include in their diet high quality proteins, unsaturated cold pressed fatty acids, zinc (pumpkin, squash, sesame seed and Tahini paste, sunflower seeds, and almonds), avoiding coffee, alcohol, salt and strong spices.

Ensure regularity of bowel action, avoid inconclusive sexual excitation, do not suppress ejaculation, establish sexual regularity and walk one to two hours daily.

What you published made a ton of sense. But,
think about this, suppose you wrote a catchier title?
I am not saying your content is not good, however suppose you added something to maybe get folk’s attention? I mean BENIGN
PROSTATIC ENLARGEMENT | Naturopathy Hervey Bay is a little plain. You ought
to glance at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they create post titles to grab people to open the links.
You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get people interested about what you’ve written. Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.
